A Compilation of Sustainable Design Manifestos

GOAL 

To write and design a manifesto in the form of a small booklet. To combine design with a political or social issue to create awareness on the subject.

PROCESS 

After choosing to focus on Sustainable design, I combined my manifesto with those of two other students in my class to create a three chapter book that speaks on the importance of sustainable design.  Once all of the writing was finished, the designing of each spread took place and a printed booklet needed to show the digital aspects of design.

OUTCOME 

A sustainable booklet manifesto that both speaks on sustainability, and acts on it as each page is recycled, and plantable paper to give back to the world around us.  A compilation of manifestos that speak on the endless possibilities of sustainable design.  A print design that reflects the work of a digital piece.
